Please note we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders after checkout. Before you complete your order, please refer to this page, and our sizing chart.

Q: Can I cancel my order? Do you offer refunds for cancelled orders?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders after checkout.  

Q: Can I add an item to a confirmed order? Can I change the size of the same shirt type?
A: We cannot accommodate "add on" items to existing orders or make changes to confirmed orders.

Q: Can I change my shipping address? 
A: Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders it is not possible to amend shipping addresses after they have been placed. Please contact terryfoxschoolruns@terryfox.org if you have made an error with your shipping address.
